I’m a daydreamer.

Gentle and quiet. Ebb and flow. After years of continually slowing down my process, I started making tintypes in 2016. I enjoy finding meaning and purpose in the portraits and photos I make. Tintypes require time. Time feels nice to hold onto. Natural light tintypes are upwards of 20 seconds depending on light. The photograph becomes more of a moment. When I am not making tintypes, I am shooting film. Finding those gentle, quiet moments.
